Because each piece is made especially for you, completed pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at aisha@aatelierfinejewelry.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
